Sarah is so excited to be part of the Mother Earth String Band & Choir, newly formed especially for this Earth Day event at the fabulous Guthrie Green! The band is comprised solely of women, and led by veteran local Tulsa musician Marilyn McCulloch. Marilyn's band Wheat Penny will perform during the 4-5:00 slot, then her all-women band will take the stage from 5-6:00, followed by a performance by Samantha Crain.
Anticipate speakers and information concerning the caretaking of our planet, as well as live music. Also featured during our set will be a couple of numbers by local songstress Annie Ellicott, with Mother Earth String Band back up music!
This will be a fun and informative day for the entire family with food, art, music, speakers and fun activities. Looking forward to it, please join in the celebration!
